Parti Marc was born and raised in Tamil Nadu, India, studied in Australia and living in New Zealand since 2002.

He was educated in India, Australia and New Zealand. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce in the Madras University and Bachelor of Law in the Bangalore University.

Parti is the Principal of Avondale Law Firm specialising in Immigration Law, Property Law -- Conveyance, Business Sale and Purchase, Estates & Wills, Criminal Law, Family Law, Trust and Commercial Law matters.

M Abdur Rahman has attended at Avondale Law in 2013 and was acted professionally as Legal Executive. He has admitted in New Zealand High Court as a Barrister & Solicitor in 2015.

He has experience in Immigration, Sale and Purchase of Property and Business, Mortgage Security, KiwiSaver withdrawal and Housing NZ Grant application, Deed of Nomination, Lease, WILL and forming a Family and Charitable trust.

Sakthi Krishnamurthi was born in India, brought up in Fiji and New Zealand. She graduated in 2015 with a LLB from the Auckland University of Technology and was admitted to the Bar in 2017. Sakthi previously qualified BA first class in Sociology.

Sakthi is a lawyer currently working in Property law, Commercial Law, Trust and Estates, Wills, Health and Safety and Related aspects of IP law . Sakthi is fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi, Fiji Hindi languages.

Sakthi would like to thank Mr Parti Marc, for being her mentor in providing guidance, support learning and achieving her goal as a Barrister & Solicitor in New Zealand.

Krishna joined Avondale Law in 2011. She completed her education in Unitec.

She is an integral part of Avondale Law with her providing support and assistance to all the lawyers. She is very friendly person and she is always willing to assist the clients.

Krishna is looking after all our trust account transactions efficiently, including day today bank operations, reconciliations, etc.

Mangalam joined Avondale Law in 2020. She completed her education in Unitec.
